The England and Wales Cricket Board has given confirmation about the aspects of England’s autumn matches with Pakistan, which will be played in the United Arab Emirates.
The autumn matches will consist of 3 Test matches, 4 ODIs and 3 T20 internationals with England planned to turn up in the United Arab Emirates on September 30 and head off 2 months afterward on December 1.
The initial Test will have effect in Abu Dhabi’s well known Zayed Cricket Stadium, which will start on October 13 to 17. The next Test will happen at Dubai Cricket Stadium from October 22 to 26 and the 3rd Test will take place at Sharjah Cricket Club. It will start onNovember 1 and played till November 5.
ODIs are planned for the month of November. The matches will start on November 11 and 13 at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi, the next will happen on November 17 at Sharjah Cricket Club and last on November 20 at Dubai Cricket Club.
On November 23, a T20 game will happen in opposition to a UAE XI at Zayed Cricket Stadium before 2 worldwide T20 games in opposition to Pakistan at Dubai Cricket Club on November 26 and 27.
The series will end with the 3rd and concluding 20/20 game in opposition to Pakistan on November 30 that will happen at Sharjah Cricket Club.
As per Tom Harrison, ECB chief executive officer, “We are happy to have agreed the agenda for this series with the Pakistan Cricket Board. Our previous tour to UAE witnessed Pakistan triumph the Test series whilst we were triumphant in both the ODI as well as T20 series.
“We anticipate this autumn’s trip will be equally hard fought and we hope that as many England admirers as possible will visit UAE to show their backing for the squad.”
