Sunderland vs Norwich Premier League 2015 Predictions Who Will Win 15th Aug 2015

Sunderland sustained a shocking defeat at the hands of Leicester City at home, on the opening weekend of the Premier League. They had probably the worst start to their campaign with trailing 3-0 at a point in time in th game. They tried pulling it back by putting two in the goal, but in the end was a bit too much for them.
The manager would hence like to forget about the start and resume with a new beginning. While talking to safc.com Dick Advocaat said:

“We did not expect that, you can lose but not the way we lost. We have to realise that we are a team who has to fight and that was the strength of our team last season. We need the passion and the aggression and all of that was not there.

They [the players] can see they can still do it and that’s what we need. On Saturday we have to show that we want to win. We have a beautiful stadium and great fans. I felt sorry for them last Saturday. We have to show that we can do much better.

Every game is important. First is Norwich and it’s important we get a result. There’s no reason to panic but as long as everyone realises what went wrong that’s the most important thing.”

They couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity to fight back as Norwich being a new team in the Premier League will find it more difficult to force a result in their favour. However, Norwich City will also like to get to the winning ways after an unwanted result in their season opener. Norwich City went down to Crystal Palace, who has been resurgent under Alan Pardew since the winter window, when he took over. Norwich City will be hence looking to put their first points on the board. Nathan Redmond was one of the promising player in their first match, who ended up scoring the only goal for Norwich and hence would be one of the key players for his team.

Sunderland vs Norwich Predictions Who Will Win

In spite of Norwich City being the ones winning more games head to head, it looks like a Sunderland victory. If performed to their potential, Sunderland should take the match 2-1.

 Head to Head
